HM2 from SEAL Team 4
Good work pal. Keep up in school and hit the pool if you ever want to
show your face around the Team area ... I can't stress enough the
need to swim and run. Practice the side stroke in the pool, as this
is the fastest of the two strokes you would be allowed to do in
BUD/S. (The other is the breast stroke.) Working out is very
important to completeing training, but the most important thing is
your ability to withstand hardship and adversity, and still be thinking on your
feet. One more thing, NEVER quit.
